We offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for eligible items.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or handling after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders lost due to address errors provided at checkout

🚚 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

💱 Currency & Fees

All refunds or store credits are issued in the original purchase currency.
PetLovesUs is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences charged by your bank or payment provider.
